The center will also include green rooms, dressing rooms, and a 1,300 square-foot rehearsal room.
• Studio Theatre – This 5,000 square-foot space will serve as a venue for small performances but will also be able to convert into a meeting space to accommodate corporate meeting spaces and banquet-style events.
• City Green – The City Springs will contain ample green space for outdoor events and spur of the moment picnics. There will be shaded areas for a quiet game of chess or even a good book. City Green will also have a permanent outdoor stage for outdoor concerts.
