Monday Night Brewing is an eclectic brewery that offers homemade pizza and award-winning beers. The location closest to Tell River is named The Garage, complete with 3 separate barrel aging rooms, a taproom with small batch sours and barrel-aged beers, a coolship, and an onsite orchard and garden. This location also specializes in “artisanal handcrafted pizzas that are baked in an Italian-built oven at over 900 degrees” and their pizza crust even “uses a yeast culture that is a special sourdough blend containing wild yeast strains captured in the Garage’s coolship.” Talk about unique!
